The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been viewed and accepted upon confirmation of the booking.
- The reception is open from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 16.30 to 19.30.
- Wi-Fi only in the reception area which covers the entire width of the estate.
- Check-in from 4.00pm to 8.00pm.
- Check-out by 10.00 am.
- Late check-in: it is possible to check in after 8.00 pm (not available on Saturday and Sunday) at an additional cost of €30.
- Late check-out: it is possible to depart by 11.30am at a cost of €20.
- Free unattended parking inside the estate.
- Luggage storage in the reception.
- Shuttle to Brindisi or Bari airport or Lecce train station for a fee on request to be booked well in advance.
- Paid "ape" buggy service for excursions or city tours.
- Agreement with the La Castellana lido with 10% discount.
- Agreement with the White restaurant on the seafront with 10% discount.
- Agreement with the Fimmine restaurant in Masseria Montelauro with 15% discount.

- Non-refundable rate: to confirm the booking, the balance of the entire stay is required to be paid within 48 hours of booking, under penalty of cancellation of the booking itself. In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be given.

Standard rate: to confirm the booking, the payment of 30% of the cost of the entire stay is required, to be paid within 48 hours of booking, under penalty of cancellation of the booking itself (for bookings made in the months of June, July and August this deadline is set at 24 hours).
Cancellation is free until the 30th day before arrival, from the 29th day the rate is no longer refundable and the balance must be paid by that date of the amount of the stay.
- Children from 0 to 2 years stay free if they sleep with their parents.

- The return of the clean kitchen (without dishes to wash) is mandatory. Supplement alternatively €30.
- Daily cleaning is not provided.
- It is possible, upon reservation, to request the tidying up of the apartment which will cost €24 per hour (two people); the request must be made the previous day directly at reception. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.
- Bed linen and towels. Optional (Per person, per change. Table linen not available) €20.
- Pets allowed only if small, and upon notification at the time of booking, with a €50 supplement.
- Camp sun loungers €50 per week.
- High chairs €50 per week.
