The staff of Tenuta Belvedere
Adriana, Vincenzo, and Benedetto are the owners of Tenuta Belvedere.
Adriana inherited the estate from her mother, Elvira di Summa, and with her husband, Giovanni, they transformed it from a thriving agricultural business into a hospitality facility, expanding it year after year.
She ran it with passion for years until her two sons took over.
Vincenzo is the economic and innovative mind behind the estate; he oversees the development of the structure and its administration.
Benedetto handles the sales and marketing relationships with agencies. He takes care of the furnishings of each individual apartment as if he lived there, and especially the park, with new flowering shrubs, differentiating his home from simple vacation homes and guesthouses. Benedetto welcomes guests, handing them a notebook with useful numbers, recommendations for restaurants or partner beach resorts, and a map of Salento with the main events of the period.
He is supported in his work by Marta, the head receptionist, and the tireless Dario, the maintenance man who ensures all the apartments are in working order upon guests’ arrival and is always ready to assist with any needs. Arturo is responsible for cleaning the estate and grounds and is also always available to satisfy guests’ requests and provide any information they may need. Patrick, assisted by Ermelinda, is responsible for cleaning the apartments, rooms, and linens.
