Spacious and comfortable 34 m2 room on the first floor of the Casina di Summa, an ancient eighteenth-century agricultural residence, transformed over the years by the owners into a comfortable and refined summer residence, surrounded by greenery, with independent entrance, furnished with attention to detail, with furniture antique, with two bathrooms each with shower, a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a functional kitchenette with induction hobs, oven, fridge and kettle, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and TV. Leaving the room and climbing a step you can enjoy a terrace overlooking the park and Otranto, with a gazebo furnished with armchairs and tables.

The reception is open from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 16.30 to 19.30.
Wi-Fi only in the reception area which covers the entire width of the estate.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM costs €20.00, and before 1:00 PM costs €50.00.
Check-out by 10.00 am.
Late check-in: Check-in is possible between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM for an additional fee of €50, and between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM for an additional fee of €100. Late check-in must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and only after prior agreement has been reached and accepted by the reception desk.
Late check-out: Check-out is possible between 10:00 and 11:00 am with 24 hours' notice and subject to availability, for an additional fee of €20. Check-out after 11:00 am is possible, subject to prior notification sent and accepted by the reception, for a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate.
Free unattended parking inside the estate.

Luggage storage in the reception.
Shuttle to Brindisi or Bari airport or Lecce train station for a fee on request to be booked well in advance.
Paid "ape" buggy service for excursions or city tours.
Agreement with the La Castellana lido with 10% discount.
Agreement with the White restaurant on the seafront with 10% discount.
Agreement with the Fimmine restaurant in Masseria Montelauro with 10% discount.

The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been viewed and accepted upon confirmation of the booking.
Non-refundable rate: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The balance is due upon arrival. In the event of cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund, but the deposit may be used to change the date of your stay.
Standard rate: A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation is free up to 15 days before arrival. After 14 days, the rate is non-refundable, and the balance of the stay must be paid by that date.
Children from 0 to 2 years stay free if they sleep with their parents.

Tourist tax (from 12 years old): in the months of June and September 1 euro per day (per person for a maximum of 7 days); in the months of July and August €1.50 per day (per person for a maximum of 7 days).

The return of the clean kitchen (without dishes to wash) is mandatory. Supplement alternatively €30.
Daily room cleaning is already included in the price.

It is possible, upon reservation, to request the tidying of the room which will have a cost of € 24 per hour (two people); the request must be made the day before directly at the reception. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.
