TENUTA BELVEDERE

The dwelling preserves the charm, elegance and tranquility of the Salento country houses: a structure where you experience the authenticity of handmade things and the freshness of seaside houses. The property is divided into a central body, used as a simple, refined and welcoming main building with access from the eighteenth-century farmyard, and other buildings with spacious guest quarters for guests. The strategic position makes Tenuta Belvedere the perfect destination to enjoy a pleasant stay and the free, internal parking makes the guests forget the journeys by car. The dwelling is situated at 250m from the beaches of Otranto, from the old town with a lot of restaurants and attractions: all reachable on food, by a few minutes stroll.

The materials used for the building of the structure are characterized by a unique elegance and by the naturalness of everyday life. The limestone, that was once used also for sanitary reasons, has been the leitmotif for the colors of the indoors spaces. The passing of the years did not threaten the personality of a dwelling that has always represented a kind of oasis and, its particular location at the entrance of Otranto, means that the place is a jewel of the Mediterranean landscape

Apartments

From every apartment, the gaze spaces between the green grass and the maquis of flowering bushes and hedges. We made our best to favor an idea of boundless and relaxing space. The olive groves and the pines protect the dwelling like in a hug, while the hedges of bay and oleander surround the private gardens of every apartment, in order to enjoy a complete privacy. The good taste and the style are expressed in the indoors spaces: every house has been furnished as it was inhabited from the owners; the furniture, some of them belonged to the great-grandparents, are all of handmade.

Classic room with private terrace:: Large and comfortable Classic double room, located on the first floor of Casina di Summa, the central body of Tenuta Belvedere, with direct access from a private terrace with comfortable armchairs and a parasol. Bright and furnished with particular attention to detail, it is surrounded by the park, has double windows, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi.
Deluxe room:Spacious and comfortable double bedroom on the first floor of the Casina di Summa, in the unspoilt countryside, with a private entrance. It is a spacious room, furnished with a particular attention to details, ancient furniture, with two bedrooms, each with shower, a double bed, a comfortable sofa bed, a functional well-equipped with induction hobs, oven, fridge and kettle, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and TV. Leaving the room and climbing a step you can enjoy a terrace overlooking the park and Otranto, with a gazebo furnished with armchairs and tables.
Classic room with garden view:: Located on the first floor of Casina di Summa, with shared entrance, spacious and furnished with a particular care for details whit antique furniture, bright and that overlooks on the garden, with TV, air conditioning, fridge, free Wi-Fi and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower

Reception opens from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm;

Midweek cleaning on request with a minimum of 2 hours, €12 per hour;
Taxi service on payment for excursions or tours of the town;
Free parking inside the Tenuta;
Shuttle to Brindisi or Bari airport or Lecce train station on request by payment of an extra charge to be booked well in advance

Conventions with selected restaurants and beaches;
Dogs allowed with an extra charge of €30;
Extra beds on requests, €50 per stay;
Check-in after 4pm until 8pm and check-out until 10 pm. On requests, the possibility of check-in before 4pm, according to the availability, by payment of an extra charge;
